Location
This role is based in Sacramento, California at our headquarters in Old Sacramento.
But we can assure you, Sacramento won't be the only place you'll work.
We host frequent trips during the year to bring our whole team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Costa Rica and Belize.

About the job
The Sales Administrator role is critical to the success of the Sales Team. As a Sales Administrator you will regularly use your attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and communicate information at a fast pace.
You will assure reports, leads and deadlines are accurately tracked and clearly communicated to the proper team members as needed. Your ability to be resourceful and a self-starter will be key to assisting this team to operate smoothly.

Responsibilities
COORDINATING
You will be responsible for helping to schedule, coordinate and book the logistics for various trips, events and conferences our Sales Team attends each year as well as the webinars they host and attend. You too will help dictate action items and notes during meetings and delegate accordingly post meeting.
REPORTING
You will be regularly reviewing where customers are in the pipeline to report to Account Executives if there are any roadblocks. You too will maintain, review and communicate contract reports to assure Account Managers are prepared for upcoming renewals. Through these reports you will provide metrics used to calculate commissions and bonus payouts each month.
Communicating Cross-Functionally
You will often be communicating between the Business Development Reps (BDR), Account Executives, Onboarding and Account Management teams to maintain visibility and updated data on where customers are in the pipeline.
Learn & Lead
You will continually learn more about the industries we wish to pursue as well as our sales pipeline. Based on this knowledge, you will help oversee our Lead Development Reps to assure they are pursuing the proper lead lists. You’ll aggregate the lists, organize, prune and delegate to the BDRs.
