While our core team and headquarters are in Sacramento, California, we welcome remote workers from all over the country.
We've built a strong culture to foster valuable team relationships with both remote and California team members.
We host frequent trips during the year to bring the team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Costa Rica, Belize, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.

Role Description
The Marketing Administrator position will support the marketing vision of Webconnex across various teams and initiatives.
From managing online software reviews, to supporting sales enablement, the Webconnex Marketing Administrator will help grow the brands of our products and ensure important projects get across the finish line.

A detail oriented problem solver with the ability to build and maintain online systems and flows to support the Webconnex Marketing team.
You care about brand building, sharp design, and communicating clearly with both team members and customers. You’re a creative, love to execute, and pride yourself on organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Grow valuable software review processes on platforms like G2 and Capterra
Manage customer experiences through the use of corporate gifting software for promos, mailers, customer reviews, and customer journey gifts.
Assist marketing and sales for event and conference support. Includes event booth maintenance, team merchandise, and marketing assets.
Work within our Webflow website management platform doing small edits, landing page creation, and updates to our four product sales websites.
Manage the Webconnex video library on Youtube and Vidzlow.
Manage the Marketing Request channel from the wider Webconnex team and execute on required projects.
Work closely with contracted graphic desingers and directly with team stakeholders on the execution of projects.
Support the Marketing Team in administrative tasks such as asset organization.
